Definitions
1.1
Consumer: the natural person who is acting for purposes which are not related to his trade, business, craft or professional activities;
1.2
Tours: tours orginised by Wanderbeak;
1.3
Location: the place at which the event is held;
1.4
Organiser: the party responsible for the production and/or organisation of the event;
1.5
Agreement: the agreement between Wanderbeak and the consumer for the sale and delivery of vouchers;
1.8
Voucher: proof of access to an event.

3. Offers and Prices

3.1
All offers made by Wanderbeak are without obligation and Wanderbeak expressly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular if this is necessary as a result of statutory or other regulations.
3.2
All prices are indicated in euros, including VAT.
3.3
In certain cases, promotional prices apply. These prices are valid during a specific period as long as stocks last. No entitlement to these prices may be invoked before or after the specific period.
3.4
Wanderbeak cannot be held to any price indications that are clearly incorrect, for example as a result of obvious typesetting or printing errors. No rights may be derived from incorrect price information

4. Payments

4.1
Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard or by PayPal. If you would like to pay via bank transfer, please contact us and we will send you an invoice.
4.2
Transactions will be processed in Euro’s and wil appear on your statement as “Wanderbeak”.

5. Cancellations

6.1
All ticket sales at Wanderbeak are final. If you require a date change, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

7. Reservations

7.1
After approval of your payment your reservation is definitive.
7.2
You will get a confirmation of booking by email and you have to print your voucher or be able to show it on your phone/tablet.
7.3
Please check your confirmation / voucher and contact Wanderbeak immediately if the data is not correct.
 

8. Waiver and Release of Claimes

8.1
By virtue of purchasing tickets for and/or participating in the walking food tours offered by Wanderbeak you understand, acknowledge, represent, warrant and agree as follows:
a) You are in good health and suffer from no minor or serious physical or mental injury, illness or disability that would make you especially susceptible to injury or disability while performing any activity contemplated by this Agreement;
b) You fully comprehend and accept all of the risks associated with your participation in the Tours including, without limitation, exposure to unfavorable weather conditions, food sickness, injuries (e.g., without limitation, those arising out of self-inflicted accidents or mishaps, other participants, automobiles, pedestrians and the like) and death;
c) Your participation in the tours is at your own sole risk. you, on behalf of yourself and/or any person or entity claiming through or on your behalf, hereby forever and unconditionally release and discharge the company, the company’s related and affiliated entities, the present and former employees, owners, officers, members, managers, partners, contractors, insurers, representatives and agents of the foregoing from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses in any way arising out of, or resulting from, your participation in the tours, including, without limitation, any and all claims, actions, and liabilities for death, injury, loss or damage to you, to any one else, or to any property, regardless of whether or not such injury, loss or damage was caused by the negligence or willful conduct of the company or any of the released parties. you, on behalf of yourself and/or any person or entity acting through or on your behalf, further agree to defend and indemnify the released parties, and to hold the released parties harmless, from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, expenses (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees) and losses of any kind or nature whatsoever in any way arising out of, or resulting from, your participation in the tours
